Future Select Recruitment is seeking a qualified Legionella Plumber to service commercial and domestic premises in the Nottingham area. The role involves pre-planned remedial works within ACOP L8 guidelines, with the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum and G3 Unvented as a strong plus.

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum requirement).
• G3 Unvented ticket is desirable when possible.
• Knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines.
• Experience as a plumber in Legionella / Water Hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-planned repairs and servicing on domestic hot and cold systems.
• Remove deadlegs and install cold water storage tanks and replacements.
• Fit valves and outlets and service unvented cylinders.
• Perform TMV replacements and servicing as required.
• Layout and install pipework, fittings, and disinfection on tanks.

Job Title: Legionella Plumber

Location: Nottingham, East Midlands

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £38k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a respected name within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry, who have a strong presence across the Midlands region. They are seeking a qualified Legionella Plumber who has strong technical experience and robust industry knowledge. You will be servicing commercial and domestic premises, conducting pre-planned remedial works, in line with ACOP L8 guidelines. As a minimum, candidates will hold the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, and ideally the G3 Unvented ticket. Experience / Qualifications:

• Track record working as a Plumber within a Legionella / Water Hygiene company
• Fully conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
• Will be qualified with the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum
• Ideally will hold the G3 Unvented
• Strong communication skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT proficiencies

The Role:
