Job summary

Balfour Beatty is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Planner to join our Project Controls team on one of Europe’s largest construction projects. You will lead and coordinate the Electrical Construction Planning function, developing integrated schedules and ensuring plans align with milestones and delivery goals.

Qualifications

  • HNC in engineering discipline.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain BPSS Security Clearance.
  • Strong understanding of planning methodologies, project controls and construction delivery.
  • Planning experience within construction environments.
  • Proven experience leading planning teams on major construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and manage complex project interfaces.
  • Experience producing planning and progress reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate programme risks and constraints.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Planner to join our Project Controls team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead electrical planning activities on one of Europe's largest construction projects, ensuring safe, coordinated and predictable delivery across a complex programme of work.

What you'll be doing

As the Electrical Lead Planner, you will lead and coordinate the Electrical Construction Planning team, driving the development and integration of electrical construction schedules across your assigned delivery area. You will play a key role in ensuring plans are achievable, aligned with programme milestones and support successful project delivery.
