NG Bailey is recruiting for an Electrical Lead Planner to head the Electrical Construction Planning team on the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater. You will coordinate planning across the electrical scope, ensuring lookaheads align with milestones and provide visibility of readiness and risks for safe delivery.
The role requires extensive MEP planning experience, site leadership, and strong proficiency with Primavera/Asta Powerproject.

As we progress on the project and increase in delivery we are looking to appoint an Electrical Lead Planner who will be accountable for leading the Electrical Construction Planning team and coordinating electrical planning across the assigned programme/delivery area.
This is an integral leadership role within the electrical team working to ensure lookaheads are achievable and aligned with the overall programme milestones, providing clear visibility of construction readiness, interfaces,constraintsand schedule risks to support safe,coordinatedand predictable delivery.
This will be a permanent staff position with NG Bailey and the applicants will need to predominantly work from the Hinkley Point C site in Bridgwater. We do offer generous uplifts and allowances for working away from home.

We are working across both Hinkley Point C units to deliver the infrastructure that will power the station and its operations, creating 1,000 jobs including many specialist engineers. Works include the design and installation of circa 76,000 cables totalling over 3,000km in length; over 180km of cable containment support systems; fire and environmental sealing; design and installation of earthing systems, and specialist packages associated with data acquisition and plant control.
