Active Care Group's Active Neuro division in Nottingham is seeking a Lead Physiotherapist to provide clinical leadership and spearhead specialist neurorehabilitation for patients with brain injury, stroke and complex neurological conditions.

You will mentor junior staff, work within the MDT, drive service development and champion rehabilitation technology, including respiratory management and tracheostomy care, to optimise patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Post-registration neurorehabilitation experience.
• Experience in leadership and supervision.
• Experience in governance and evidence-based practice.
• Passion for innovation and rehabilitation technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, planning and delivery of specialist physiotherapy interventions for patients with complex neurological conditions.
