NHS Jobs in Scunthorpe is seeking a proactive Pharmacy Technician to take ownership of medicines management within a specialist elective surgical hospital. You will work independently, manage stock and governance, and ensure patient safety through accurate record-keeping and adherence to regulations.

Competenze

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Significant experience working within hospital pharmacy.
• Excellent knowledge of medicines management systems.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical stock and inventory.
• Experience of controlled drug management.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT and record-keeping skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
