Job summary
Wye Valley NHS Trust would like to recruit an exceptional forward- thinking, highly motivated pharmacist to lead of the strategy for pharmacy workforce development, education and training. This position will be based at Hereford County Hospital but there is a requirement to collaborate with other organisations representing One Herefordshire Pharmacy.
This is a new position and is an exciting opportunity to lead the training and development of our enthusiastic team including clinical, technical and support staff.

Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be responsible for workforce development including managing the pharmacy education and training team, developing a workforce development strategy.
The post holder will act as a role model for education and training and use their specialist knowledge to develop our team of staff.
