Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified pharmacist registered with GPhC (UK).
• Postgraduate qualification or experience in clinical pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead prescribing across long-term conditions, monitor usage and costs.
• Develop and implement prescribing guidelines and policies.
• Represent pharmacy at governance and finance meetings.
• Mentor junior pharmacists and rotational staff.
• Drive service development and participate in research/audit.
