- Liaise with senior pharmacy, medical and nursing staff to promote safe, evidence-based, cost-effective use of medication in Cancer Services.
- Provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service to Haematology Cancer Services as part of the Pharmacy Team.
- Offer specialist pharmacist advice and services to inpatient wards, ambulatory care, day case unit and outpatient clinics.
- Lead on departmental duties to ensure the running of the service.
