Tesco is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager in Aberford to lead a pharmacy team and deliver NHS and private services with a patient-centered approach. You will oversee daily operations, support the Pharmacy Manager, and contribute to community health initiatives.

You will lead and train colleagues, develop strong relationships with local GP practices and Primary Care Networks, and ensure accurate NHS claims while promoting Tesco's flexible working ethos and career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Pharmacy degree and GPhC registration.
• Experience in community pharmacy.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Mansioni

• Supply prescriptions and NHS/private services; provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Lead and train colleagues; support Pharmacy Manager in operations.
• Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
