Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a team, oversee NHS and private services, and deliver high-quality patient care across the store's pharmacy. You will work with store colleagues to support community health needs and ensure smooth operations.

You will develop colleagues, build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries, and manage payment claims for NHS items while upholding regulatory standards.

Formación

• Must have Pharmacy degree.
• Passionate about leading and empowering a team.

Responsabilidades

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and private services, with healthcare advice.
• Play an active role in the charity support programme for communities at risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train and develop colleagues.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
• Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
