Job summary

UKCIL Ltd. is seeking a bank Personal Assistant to support a lady in Sprowston (NR7). This role involves personal care, light housekeeping, shopping, cooking, and helping with paperwork and appointments.

A caring, patient, and reliable attitude is essential, and full clean UK driving licence is preferred. You may need to answer phone calls, accompany to appointments, and assist with medication. Training in Health and Safety and GDPR is provided.

Qualifications

• Personal care and social support for the lady with brain injury.
• Full clean UK driving licence preferred.
• Computer literacy; familiarity with Apple Mac or willing to learn.
• Gender preference noted; comply with Equality Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to keep home safe and tidy.
• Assist with housekeeping, shopping and cooking, and paperwork.
• Speak on the telephone for the client and arrange appointments.
• Ensure medications are taken and accompany to appointments if needed.
• Possible car travel in a manual car.
