MPI Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Permanent Way to lead delivery of railway track infrastructure across Northern Ireland. You will oversee planning, coordination and successful delivery from initial planning through to construction and handback, working closely with clients, contractors, and site personnel to ensure safety, on-time completion and quality standards. The role requires proven PWAY management experience and strong leadership and stakeholder skills.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead large railway infrastructure projects from inception to handback.
• Knowledge of Permanent Way engineering principles and track construction.
• Experience managing track renewals, upgrades or new builds.
• Strong understanding of railway standards, processes and NEC contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of Permanent Way projects from inception to completion.
• Develop programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate track construction, renewals and associated works.
• Lead Project Engineers, CREs, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and mitigation actions.
• Communicate progress through reports and reviews.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders and suppliers to maintain relationships.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handback activities.
