As a Lead Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data and analysis on our digital products, and for how digital analytics are used to understand and demonstrate impact on our users for UAL.
This role will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital analytics within Student Experience and collaborate with UAL teams to develop data and analytics strategies for UAL. You will analyze and interpret data from multiple sources across the university to provide valuable insights. For example, measuring and understanding behavioral data to drive improvements across our products and services, and to inform decisions about scaling or sunseting products, or joining up customer journeys across services. You will manage a small team of performance analysts to ensure timely delivery of insights.
At an exciting time for UAL’s digital transformation, this role will be integral to building a data-informed way of working and developing a performance analytics strategy that will inform operational and strategic decisions related to our digital products. The Lead Performance Analyst will need to cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
