Dalriada Trustees Limited is seeking an experienced pensions professional to join its outsourced pensions management and scheme secretarial team. You will lead day-to-day client contact, manage multiple pension schemes, and oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality service and compliance across engagements.

The role requires strong pensions knowledge, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage complex client relationships, budgets, and governance work.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a role which specifically included occupational pension schemes.
• Solid pensions industry background.
• Attainment of the Pensions Regulator Trustee toolkit.
• Working towards or completed PMI qualification (APMI or FPMI).

Responsabilités

• Act as a lead for outsourced support for in-house pensions teams.
• Act as scheme secretary on a permanent or interim basis.
• Act as day to day contact for clients and scheme advisors.
• Overall project management of a portfolio of pension schemes and specific projects.
• Oversee and maintain services in line with client contracts and quality standards.
• Lead on issue resolution and governance to ensure compliance.
• Own the scheme business plan and monitor budget/profitability.
• Manage client pensions management projects and adviser reviews.
• Refine pensions management processes and oversee supplier payments.
