Job summary

The Esh Group is seeking an experienced Patching/Lining Operative to join our sewer rehabilitation team in Bowburn. You will supervise and perform CIPP lining works, including UV and patch lining, on projects of varying scale, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include setting up lining equipment, conducting pre- and post-inspections, maintaining RAMS compliance, and liaising with management and clients. Willingness to work away from home and lead a crew is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising CIPP lining crews and ensuring safety and quality.
• Full UK driving licence and relevant safety qualifications.
• Confined Space training and Temporary Works experience desirable.
• Experience on water company frameworks and UV/patch lining desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and carrying out CIPP lining works with a crew.
• Installation of UV, blue light and patch lining.
• Set up and operate lining equipment and carry out pre-lining checks.
• Monitor installation and curing process; ensure connections are reinstated.
• Carry out post-installation inspections and maintain quality records.
• Liaise with site management, clients, and other contractors; complete paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, health, safety and company procedures.
• Supervise operatives and drive team efficiency.
