About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Patching/Lining Operative to join our growing team, working on a range of sewer rehabilitation and CIPP lining projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lining operative who is looking to take the next step in their career, or an established supervisor looking for a new challenge.

What we will expect from you:
You will be responsible for supervising and carrying out Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Supervising and working as part of a CIPP lining crew
- Installation of UV, bluelight and patching
- Working on sewer diameters ranging from small diameter pipes through to large-diameter mains
- Setting up and operating lining equipment
- Carrying out pre-lining checks and ensuring pipes are suitable for lining
- Monitoring the installation and curing process
- Ensuring connections are reinstated and opened correctly
- Carrying out post-installation inspections
- Liaising with site management, clients and other contractors
- Completing daily paperwork, records and quality documentation
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with RAMS and company procedures
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship
- Supervising operatives and ensuring the team works efficiently

Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence
- Confined Space training (desirable)
- Temporary Works experience (desirable)
- Experience working on water company frameworks (desirable)
Attributes & Skills:
- Previous experience in CIPP sewer lining
- Good knowledge of sewer rehabilitation works
- Ability to work safely in and around confined spaces
- Good understanding of site health & safety requirements
- Ability to read and follow RAMS
- Reliable and willing to work away from home when required
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience with UV CIPP lining (desirable)
- Experience with patch lining (desirable)
- Previous experience as a lining supervisor (desirable)
