Job summary

Ipsum is seeking an experienced Lining Engineer to join our Midlands team. Your role will involve patching drainage systems, assessing pipe conditions, and delivering high-quality repair solutions across a UK-wide programme.

You will work with specialist equipment, maintain strict safety standards, and produce detailed reports to support project delivery. The role requires flexibility for early starts, overtime, and site visits, with induction in Leicester.

Qualifications

• Experience patching drainage systems and using lining equipment.
• Certifications in Confined Space and Street Works preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out patching work on drainage systems using UV system.
• Assessing pipe conditions and identifying repair solutions.
• Producing accurate reports and records of completed works.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver projects safely.
• Ensuring works meet health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Carrying out routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Serving as on-site point of contact with clients and stakeholders.
