Job summary

Jago Consultants is assisting a luxury car dealership in recruiting an Assistant Parts Manager to lead a multi-brand prestige department. You will manage five Parts Advisors plus drivers, with a focus on KPIs, communication, and leadership.

The role reports to the Parts Manager and involves day-to-day operations across workshop and trade counters. The ideal candidate has main dealership experience, can motivate a team, and has Kerridge/ADP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Main dealership experience is required.
• Kerridge/ADP experience preferred.
• Able to manage a multi-franchise department.
• Able to motivate and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department.
• Implement and review plans to increase parts turnover while maintaining margins.
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts on performance.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach within the department.
• Ensure routine processes (PPI, N/STK reports, Parts Back Order status, VOR mix reports).
