Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is partnering with a premium North Bristol car dealership to recruit an experienced Assistant Parts Manager. The role focuses on running the Parts Department, supporting service teams, and delivering high-level customer service in a state-of-the-art facility.

The ideal candidate will have recent franchise dealership parts experience, prior supervisory responsibility, and strong organisation with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in vehicle parts within a franchise-approved dealership.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a parts department.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Organise the efficient running of the Parts Department across all counters and stock
• Manage stock levels, stock control, and ordering patterns with regular stock takes
• Provide high levels of customer service face-to-face and over the phone
• Support the service department by ensuring timely and accurate parts requests
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve departmental targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
