The role involves coordinating staffing, governance, and HR responsibilities while delivering quality care in a busy outpatient setting across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse registered with the NMC and valid practice.
• Experience in General Outpatients desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical care on shift in Outpatients.
• Support the lead nurse in managing outpatient teams.
• Oversee HR aspects: sickness absence and performance management.
• Ensure governance, patient safety, and clinical standards.
• Coordinate staffing and rotas to maintain safe practice.
• Provide wound care and administer medications.
• Cover colleagues across clinical areas as required.
