Job summary

Qualifications

• First Level Registered Nurse.
• Degree-level education or working towards.
• Leadership and management experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and operational management of the Outpatients Department.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient-centred care.
• Drive departmental performance in line with KPIs.
• Promote efficient patient pathways and outstanding patient experience.
• Lead governance activities including audits, incident reviews, investigations and complaints management.
