Job summary

Outcomes First Group is hiring a Lead Clinician – Occupational Therapist at Dibden Park School in Hampshire. You will lead the in-house clinical team while maintaining a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with autism and other neurodivergent needs.

The role works with SLT and the Regional Clinical Lead to develop the school-based clinical service, ensuring EHCP targets are met. 37.5 hours weekly, permanent contract, driving licence required.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with current professional registration.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in education settings.
• Experience with autistic individuals and complex needs; supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the in-house clinical team at Dibden Park School.
• Split time between clinical leadership and therapy caseload.
• Develop and deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
• Coordinate line management and service development with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
