Job summary

Soho House is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead optimisation of our Oracle Fusion Cloud suite. This hands-on role blends detailed design with strategy, working with stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical teams and our MSP to embed and end-to-end Fusion solutions across multiple functional areas.

Based at 180 Strand Offices, with occasional travel to our Milton Keynes site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Functional Architect or Lead Consultant on Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement, Projects, HCM, SCM.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes, controls, and enterprise architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead functional design authority and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Translate complex business requirements into fit-for-purpose Oracle Fusion designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Define end-to-end business processes, configurations, and integrations across Oracle Fusion modules and source/target systems.
• Lead functional design workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design authority forums.
• Troubleshoot issues with stakeholder groups and propose solutions.
