Ernst & Young seeks an Assistant Director in London to lead Operational Decision Intelligence engagements. You will guide engagements from requirements through delivery, supervising teams and managing risks while growing the client network.

The role emphasizes robust modelling, analytics, and solution storytelling for complex business decisions. The position requires a strong Operational Research foundation, experience with data modelling, SQL, Python/R, and the ability to translate analytics

Qualifications

• Requires strong Operational Research background and analytics expertise.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects and teams.
• Proven ability to translate models into client-friendly outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the project lifecycle from requirements to implementation.
• Manage risk and coordinate with clients and junior team members.
