Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking an experienced professional for an offshore wind procurement and contracts coordination role in the UK. You will support vessel charters, assess installation methodologies, and ensure compliance with standards and industry best practices.

The role emphasizes interface management with stakeholders, review of routing and burial procedures, and overseeing IAC installation activities, including pre-laying surveys and jointing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in offshore wind farm construction projects.
• Deeply founded understanding of tendering and contracts for array cable installation.
• Proven offshore project management in offshore logistics.
• High commitment to health, safety and environment (HSE).
• Practical offshore installation experience.
• Experience with cable laying and burial.
• Experience with CPS suppliers.
• Experience with T&T.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
• GIS, Orcaflex and AutoCAD experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement with contracts and vessel charters for offshore construction.
• Technical assessment of installation methodologies.
• Review contractor laying and burial procedures against standards and best practices.
• Support interface management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review cable routing, pull-in, and T&T methodologies.
• Review pre-installation engineering works and procedures.
• Coordinate with packages and internal departments for project-specific needs.
• Oversee installation of IAC, including pre-laying surveys, burial, and jointing.
