Qualifikationen

• Must lead and manage the Occupational Therapy team.
• Plan and prioritise a complex clinical caseload autonomously.
• Provide supervision, teaching and appraisal for junior staff.
• Contribute to audit, risk, quality and incident reporting.
• Maintain high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders.
