Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Lead Occupational Therapist to guide the therapy service through transformation and seven-day care delivery. The role requires autonomous planning, supervision of a multidisciplinary team, and active involvement in service development and clinical governance.

Occasional weekend work and bank holidays with enhanced pay are part of the role, along with extensive professional development and wellbeing benefits.

Lead Occupational Therapist - Service Transformation

The Role: As part of our transition to Active Neuro, the therapy service is evolving into a seven-day model of care to better support the rehabilitation needs of our clients. As a result, occasional pre-arranged weekend working will be required. You will also be expected to work Bank Holidays as required by the service, with enhanced pay provided in line with company policy.
