gtd healthcare is an NHS commissioned Primary and Urgent care provider in North West England. They seek an experienced Occupational Health Lead Nurse to work with the Head of Service to establish and lead a new Occupational Health Service.

The post holder will deliver a high‑quality, evidence‑based service that supports employee health, promotes attendance and contributes to organisational performance. You will lead professional and operational aspects, shaping a modern and proactive OH service

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on the NMC register.
• Degree-level qualification and recognised Occupational Health qualification.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health leadership and professional lead for the service.
• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of the OH service.
• Drive governance, performance monitoring, reporting and service development.
• Champion health and wellbeing, supporting attendance and workforce performance.
