Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Health Manager based at Bedford Hospital. You will lead day-to-day delivery and development of the Occupational Health Service, ensuring staff and resources are managed and that employees receive a high-quality, responsive service across sites.

You will oversee clinical advice on referrals, health screening, immunisation, surveillance, and rehabilitation, while ensuring compliance with legislation and Trust policies.

Qualificações

• First-level registered nurse with a recognised Occupational Health specialist nursing qualification or equivalent.
• Substantial post-registration Occupational Health experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to support managers and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Bedford Occupational Health Service across sites.
• Provide professional advice on referrals, health surveillance, immunisation and vaccination programmes.
• Ensure compliance with OH legislation, standards and policies.
• Support policy development, audit and accreditation activities (SEQOHS where applicable).
• Travel between Trust sites to manage services and staff.
