Job summary

Workplace Doctors is seeking a senior Occupational Health lead to oversee a comprehensive OH service for a Trust in the South West. You will provide professional leadership, drive best practice in staff health, and manage external providers to ensure high attendance and strong KPI results.

You will coordinate vaccination/immunisation programs, promote wellbeing initiatives, and ensure data reporting and governance across the OH function. A nursing background with NHS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• NHS/Healthcare experience required.
• Knowledge of HSE guidance and Data Protection laws.
• Experience developing organisation-wide OH services.
• Knowledge of NMC code of conduct and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-quality Occupational Health service.
• Promote staff health and wellbeing and manage sickness absence.
• Ensure governance, compliance and reporting against KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR, SALS and external providers.
• Deliver immunisation plans and health promotion initiatives.
