Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in the North East is recruiting a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the East Durham Community Intervention and Hub Team. You will provide care in the community with a focus on recovery and person-centred support.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, develop leadership and clinical skills, receive regular supervision, and have access to professional development opportunities within a supportive Trust environment.

Competenze

• Current professional registration with NMC (RNMH or RNLD).
• Recognised practice assessor/mentor or working towards in timescale.
• Trained Clinical Supervisor or working towards in timescale.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
