The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the Nursery class, delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and working with a supportive team to maintain safeguarding and high standards.

Qualifikationen

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience in Early Years/Nursery
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Able to lead a Nursery team

• Take full responsibility for the Nursery class and day-to-day provision.
• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Provide a stimulating Early Years environment that supports learning and development.
• Assess children’s progress and maintain records in line with school expectations.
• Support children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Work with teaching assistants and staff to ensure high-quality provision.
• Build relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Safeguarding and welfare remain a priority.
