Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering the Early Years curriculum in a nursery setting.
• Experience providing SEND support and inclusive teaching approaches.
• Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and assess progress.
• Strong communication with families and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate Early Years activities.
• Support children's communication, language and early literacy development.
• Encourage independence, social skills, creativity and physical development.
• Adapt activities to meet individual needs, including SEND.
• Observe progress and use assessments to guide next steps.
• Build positive relationships with families and work with colleagues.
