Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a TA3 Early Years - Nursery in Leyland to support a school after October half term, potentially through February half term. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, supervising a nursery provision and working with the EYFS teacher to create a nurturing, engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate holds a TA3 Early Years qualification, has EYFS experience, can plan and deliver activities, and work independently within the Early Years team.

Qualifications

• TA3 Early Years qualification counts towards nursery ratio.
• Experience in Early Years/Nursery roles.
• Experience running or leading a nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Confident planning and delivering engaging activities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the EY team.
• Nurturing, enthusiastic and committed to providing care and learning.

Responsibilities

• Run the nursery provision for a small group of children.
• Work closely with the EYFS teacher to provide a nurturing learning environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet EYFS requirements.
