N Family Club in Forest Hill, London, seeks an experienced Room Manager to lead a 92-place nursery team. You’ll nurture a safe, inclusive environment and drive the N Curriculum with warmth and flair, guiding staff and engaging families in children’s learning.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and staying compliant.
• Safeguarding/child protection training and regular updates.
• Experience leading and coaching a team in education.
• Genuine passion for education and changing children's lives.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
• Embed and role-model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.
