N Family Club in Leytonstone, London, invites a dedicated Nursery Room Manager to lead a team of Educators in a busy early years setting. You will drive our N Curriculum and a child-centered approach, ensuring safety and exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily routines, coach staff, and foster strong parent relationships, while upholding safeguarding and wellbeing standards. Competitive salary and generous benefits accompany your leadership role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an educational setting leading and coaching a team.
• Level 3 EY qualification (or higher) is essential.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding training are required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection training updates.

• Coach and motivate the team through regular feedback and development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and involve them in learning.
