N Family Club in Forest Hill, London, seeks an experienced Room Manager to lead a 92-place nursery team. You’ll nurture a safe, inclusive environment and drive the N Curriculum with warmth and flair, guiding staff and engaging families in children’s learning.

Applicants should have a Level 3 Early Years qualification, Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding training, and a proven coaching record. This full-time role offers career development and a generous benefits package.

Our Room Managers should have...

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
• For Baby Room Managers, you will need previous experience working with children under 2.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• A background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and be willing to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass-half-full outlook.

• A solid decision-maker with the ability to support and achieve our WIGs (Wildly Important Goals).
