Join N Family Club as Nursery Room Manager in Leatherhead, Surrey, leading an expert Educators team in a thriving nursery family room. Drive high-quality learning and care, set a dynamic daily routine, and support staff development while maintaining safeguarding standards.

You will champion the learning-through-play ethos, nurture parental engagement, and help realise our ambitious mission to become the UK’s most loved early years education provider.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and be willing to update that training regularly.

• Shape the daily routine of your room, ensuring smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Support your team to plan, observe, and deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to every child.
• Coach, guide, and motivate your team through regular feedback and professional development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
• Embed and role-model our safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.
