Kido Greenwich Nursery & Preschool in London is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and champion our values in a fast-growing international setting.

You will ensure safeguarding, promote an engaging curriculum, and support staff development while upholding the key person and buddy key person approach. This full-time role offers career growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 childcare qualification and experience leading in an Early Years setting.
• Level 2 English qualifications including functional skills are required if you obtained Level 3 after 2014.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and clear communication with staff and parents.
• Be a positive role model and inspire outstanding teaching and learning every day.
• Lead performance reviews, give supportive feedback, and set SMART goals for growth.
• Collaborate with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to prioritise child safety and welfare.
• Develop and deliver an ambitious curriculum for your room, embedding the key person approach and buddy key persons.
• Pursue continued professional development opportunities and encourage your team to do the same.
