Busy Bees Nurseries in Hemel Hempstead is looking for an Early Years Educator to support children's development in a warm, inclusive setting. You will plan activities, supervise play and help deliver the Bee Curious curriculum to nurture curiosity and confidence.

As a Key Person, you’ll build strong relationships with children and families, observe progress, document learning and support each child’s unique journey.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
