Qualifications
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5.
- Good communication and excellent organisational skills; ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, stimulating environment and prepare materials.
- Lead educational activities aligned with EYFS.
- Act as key person to support development and build family connections.
