Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in industry, with at least 3 years at Senior Engineer level
• Ideally 5+ years in nuclear or highly regulated sector
• Proven knowledge of process design theories, principles and techniques
• Experience producing Technical Files for new plant/equipment
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Collaborate with senior management and support staff effectively
• Commitment to health, safety and environment standards

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of all Process Engineering requirements on large or multiple projects
• Ensure technical excellence and standards compliance
• Develop strategy to drive operational excellence using Lean tools
• Align projects with business objectives and KPIs
• Drive efficiency improvements and policy development
• Plan 3–5 year tactical programs aligned with long-term aims
• Forecast workload and manage project delivery schedules
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the program
