Job summary

Virtual Hire Staffing seeks a Director to establish a new Manchester office, backed by equity potential and EMI options. This role requires a proven ability to win and deliver projects, ideally across building surveying, quantity surveying, or project management, and to open doors across the region from day one.

The incumbent will help grow the business footprint in the North, leveraging existing live Leeds and Manchester opportunities to create a strong early pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and winning building surveying projects.
• Experience delivering across QS or PM disciplines is advantageous.
• Ability to open doors and build relationships in the Manchester region.
