Built Alliance Recruitment Ltd seeks a Director to spearhead the launch of a new office in Manchester, drawing on a track record across building surveying, quantity surveying or project management. This is a genuine partnership, backed by equity potential and EMI schemes to reward growth.

They're looking for a Director to lead that charge. This isn't a role where you're handed a desk and a target. You'll need a proven track record of winning work and delivering it, ideally with experience across building surveying, quantity surveying, or project management and the credibility to open doors and build relationships across the region from day one.

You won't be starting entirely from nothing either, there are already some live opportunities in Leeds and Manchester that could give you an early foothold while you build the wider pipeline.
