Having recently opened successful new offices, with majority turning over a £1m+ each within a short space of time, the business is now ready for its next chapter, a move into the North, starting with Manchester.

You’ll need a proven track record of winning work and delivering it, ideally with experience across building surveying, quantity surveying or project management and the credibility to open doors and build relationships across the region from day one.

You won't be starting entirely from nothing either, there are already some live opportunities in Leeds and Manchester that could give you an early foothold while you build the wider pipeline.
