Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Lead Physiotherapist for The Laurels in Lincoln. This part-time role focuses on neurological rehabilitation, leading the physiotherapy service and providing clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

You will oversee assessments, treatment planning and service development, promoting evidence-based practice while maintaining high standards of care for individuals with complex neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered physiotherapist with neuro rehab experience.
• Experience leading physiotherapy services and teams.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialist assessments and develop, deliver and review individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Develop and manage the physiotherapy service to high clinical standards.
• Provide clinical leadership, induction, and professional development for staff.
• Collaborate within the MDT for holistic rehabilitation planning and risk management.
• Lead audits, research and service improvements to promote best practice.
• Maintain accurate records and clear handover within the MDT.
• Liaise with families and carers to support person-centred rehabilitation.
• Ensure governance, safety and policy compliance across the service.
