Job summary

Active Neuro, part of Active Care Group, is seeking a skilled Lead Physiotherapist to join The Laurels in Lincoln, two days per week. You will lead specialist assessments, develop individualised treatment plans and provide clinical leadership within the MDT to deliver high-quality neurorehabilitation.

This role offers flexible, part-time leadership in a specialist service, with scope to shape service development, drive evidence-based practice and support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered physiotherapist with post-qualification experience in neurological rehabilitation.
• Experience leading within a clinical team and driving service development.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning and data-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialist physiotherapy assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• oversee the development and management of the physiotherapy service and maintain high clinical standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and coordinate induction, training and professional development of team members.
• Collaborate with the MDT for holistic rehabilitation planning and risk management.
• Lead clinical audits, research and service improvement initiatives.
