Crux Product Design is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary projects in medical and consumer goods sectors. You will drive technical excellence, lead from the front, and help develop the team’s capabilities and processes.

The role is suitable for mid- to high-level experience, with opportunities to work on challenging briefs and engage with external stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• First class honours in a relevant accredited degree program.
• 7+ years in hands-on engineering roles with demonstrable achievements.
• Technical leadership with a track record of developing others.
• Strong problem solving using first principles and maths.
• Experience with a wide range of engineering processes.
• Experience managing clients or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile client projects and define project delivery approaches.
• Guide the development of team capabilities and operating processes.
• Demonstrate excellence in analytical, creative and experimental work.
