Cauli in London is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer to lead the migration to a unified Kotlin Multiplatform codebase, delivering features across consumer and client-facing apps. You will own the mobile stack with autonomy and collaborate closely with the Head of Tech.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional mobile engineering experience with production-level Kotlin skills.
• Strong interest or experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and cross-platform work across Android and iOS.
• Willingness to touch backend code and hardware integrations while maintaining production-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Kotlin, including a point-of-sale client app and consumer tools.
• Architect and execute migration to a unified KMP codebase; integrate lightweight web apps with wallets for container tracking.
• Support the broader tech ecosystem by contributing to PHP/Laravel backends and occasional Python on Linux-based hardware.
