Job summary

Rainmaker is building a greenfield mobile experience for a legal-tech BI product, with ownership of the mobile build after launch. The role sits in a cross-functional delivery team including UX, Data, AI, DevOps, Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure & Security, and QA.

You will own the mobile iteration, ensuring dense data is legible on small screens, while weaving with API, UX and QA streams. Hybrid work from London is supported, with permanent or contract arrangements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production React Native or iOS apps, including at least one App Store launch.
• Experience presenting dense data on small screens.
• Testing and CI/CD for mobile releases.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the production application on iOS and Android, including App Store and Play Store review.
• Present dense information on a small screen: lists, filters, search, sorting and detail views.
• Handle offline and cached states so the app stays useful on a train or in a client meeting.
• Consume and shape REST or GraphQL APIs in partnership with backend engineers.
• Work with UX on feasibility for mobile and with QA on coverage and device-specific issues.
• Maintain testing and CI/CD for mobile releases, then act on crash and performance data after launch.
